• Any request for a return must be reported by email to our customer service at support@jamiroligna.com within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • All returns must include our return form.
  • The returned products must be completely new, i.e. not worn and in their original packaging perfectly intact. Returned products showing any signs of wear of use, damages. or if the product is made unfair for sale, aswell if the returned product does not correspond to the one initially ordered, will not be processed by our team. 
  • Returned products must be sent in a separate shipping package to prevent any damages to the original shoe box. We have the right to refuse your return request if the original packaging is damaged.
  • Shipping costs made while returning your order will not be reimbursed by Jamiro Ligna.

 

  • If your return is accepted, your refund will automatically be processed and credited to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed.
  • If your return is refused, you will be informed by email within 2-3 working days. We will then ship back your returned items to your address, at your expense.
